Do you ever think about all the grace people in active addiction continuously get for actions that would otherwise be a court case?
Ex: peeing on your partners leg in your pissed drunk stupor. Or knocking a high proof alcoholic drink into your friend’s eyes. You apologize and then go on to assault someone again within a matter of weeks. God bless the people who stay.
