Adrenaline surges/nausea, looking for any insight

I am at a loss and just need some advice. Ive had the Mirena for almost 7 months. I’ve continued to have cramps, and these adrenaline type surges where I get prickly and nausea, significant bloating, and then it passes in waves. I still have random spotting as well. My ob says it’s hard to know if it’s me adjusting or not.

Does anyone have any similar experiences or thoughts?
