anyone with Endo + vertigo like symptoms/ ear ringing ?

I always had mild symptoms of vertigo but never got it checked properly. When emotional stress increases, these symptoms get worse too. I am trying to handle my mental health but the symptoms causing disturbance in daily life as well.
How to deal with it? I am considering to see a neurologist but if anyone has tried a different approach, please share.
