Votes for the ‘Weak Trio’ have been tallied and they have been placed into their respective tier being Vice Admiral. The next characters we have for the rankings will be Franky, Robin and Usopp.

**Rules**

**1. I will have no say in the placing of each character, all will be decided by commenters.**

**2. Placing will be determined by the amount of upvotes characters receive.**

**3. If said placement of characters is voted far above what canon resources deem said vote will be null in void, passing onto the second most voted placement**

**4. Placements will be updated every 12 hours after each post (Unless I’m asleep and unavailable)**

*Tiers*

*New World Fodder is for Captain Class new world characters or pirates such as ‘Lip Service’ Doherty*

*New World Average would be for Commodore Class new world characters or pirates among Brownbeard’s strength*

*New World Veterans would be for Rear Admiral class characters or pirates such as Dellinger*

*Vice Admirals is quite simple, anyone it would need a Vice Admiral or 2 to beat them*

*YC4 is a new one I’ve decided to put in for those that are definitely above the Vice Admiral ranking but not exactly stronger than YC3*

*YC3 - YC+ I’m sure are pretty self explanatory.*
