Burred for a while

I know this question gets asked a lot so sorry in advance: My guy has been burried for a week now. I know adults tend to do this, but I got my pac in January and im not sure if he’s at the point where this is normal. He ate last weekend, but I haven’t seen him since then.

I dug for him tonight and offered him a roach. He didn’t seem interested. He did move when touched. His eyes were up but not open (if that makes any sense) so I know he’s alive.

I’ve got a 35w lamp on him and im not sure if heat is the issue. I have 2 thermometers that give me different readings and im not sure which one to trust. Digital probe says 74 (at night) and the stick on the glass kind says like 65.
