Had Bleeding For Almost A Year While On Nexplanon and Now It's Gone... Now I'm Scared That I Got Pregnant

I got the implant last year in July, and ever since, I was dealing with daily bleeding.... Until a few days ago, when everything stopped after having a week of bleeding that acted more like a moderate period.

The bleeding slowed down after 7 days, went to brown (old blood), sort of stopped and had one time where I wiped and saw a little bit of blood when I wiped, and then... Nothing.

I took a pregnancy test a few days ago, just to be safe, and it came back as negative, but I'm still really worried about pregnancy. Apparently, a lot of women do get pregnant while on Nexplanon (even though everyone swears up and down that the implant is 99.98 percent affective), and I don't want to be one of those women, especially since I've already given birth twice and got the implant so I didn't have to worry about that again.

Should I wait a few weeks and take another test, or did my body just finally get used to the implant and now I won't bleed anymore?
