Crusade advice

Anyone have advice on the best things to invest crusade resources in? Also any links to the official crusade rules? I don’t have the codex so have been looking for our crusade resources but a lot of it is the old white dwarf grudge rules.

Mining post and red hand harvest seem like the best to up the resources but not sure where else to focus for long term success.
