Favorite Manager To Never Manage Your Team?

:Message: | Discussion

Every team needs a manager at the helm. Some do bad and get fired after a year or two, but some not only excel at the job, but get Hall Of Fame-caliber praise. So, which of these managers is your all-time favorite to NEVER coach your favorite team, and why?

For me, it's definitely a toss-up between Tony La Russa and Terry Francona. Both are twice-champions that each lead one of the all-time greatest Cinderella stories. And I'm leaning towards giving Tito the edge, because he also brought the Tribe within a game of title in 2016, has won MOTY three times with them (2013, 2016, and 2022), and even led the Reds to a playoff berth, in his first year at the helm, last year.
