Losing 35 pounds (F23)
I gained around 40 pounds the past 2-3 years. I'm now 176 pounds. I haven't had this much weight in my life. Gym membership fees are too much for me currently and I don't have a car either. Bus fares are quite high too. I tried being in a calorie deficit multiple times but I feel like I can't do it. I stop counting calories after 1-2 weeks. Well I did count mine for today:
My day today:
chocolate chip cookie (100 cals)
2 small chocolate wafers (70 cals)
1 cup rice with some veggies for dinner (max 400 cals)
fried egg with 1.5 pieces of whole wheat bread (210 total)
Tea (100 cals)
Roasted peas (100 cals)
Total: 1200 cals approx.
Honestly this isn't the norm. I don't usually eat chocolate chip cookies or wafers. I just had them today since my family brought some. I usually have lunch too but I don't really feel like eating it recently since it's summer and I'm not so hungry anymore. I feel like normally my cals are around 2000 per day rather than 1200 like today. Sorry for yapping a lot. I'm just kind of confused and don't know what to do. I appreciate any help or advice.
