Exit options for home cleaning businesses?

Hello!!! I’m looking for advice on selling my home cleaning business.

I built a $100K revenue / $20K EBITDA cleaning business based in NYC. It’s small but efficient, has room to grow, virtually zero overhead, recurring revenue, and an insanely nice website (website cost $5k and is one of the best home cleaning sites )

Has anyone in this sub successfully sold a service business that only reached low 6-figures?

I’m just not interested in scaling it further so I can work on other things. It generates profit and is an excellent foundation for someone to build off of without building everything from zero

I know BuyBizSell is the best place to list but curious if a) this scale is just too low for a buyer and b) anyone recommends other paths to finding a buyer
