Has Owa gone up in price?

What on earth is Owa spec worth? I'm trying to offer 285k I'm pure mush, but I keep getting my offers denied or ignored by translators. I thought I was overpaying but am I wrong? Did the prices go up again? It shouldn't be this much of a hassle to get one, right?

I saw a Translator on traderie wanting 500k per spec. There is no way it has gotten that expensive 😔

Does anyone know of a Translator with fair pricing I could speak to? This is getting ridiculous.
