Question about pumping

I’ve started pumping my hole to try to get my prolapse out but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. To start I’m using a normal penis pump, i don’t need to use a pump with a rod in it right? And the other thing am I supposed to insert the pump inside me or just on the exterior cuz I currently insert it and push out and when pushing out is when I pump.

tldr; what kind of pump is best to use and how exactly should I be using it?

And advice would be helpful !
