L4400 hydraulic oil drain plug location?

The manual for my L4400 says it should have 4 drain plugs.

The 4th looks like it is in the position of this Allen socket but it is shown as a bolt in the manual.

I undid the other with the pin and no oil came out.

Just wondering if anyone knows if I need to take the Allen head plug as well?
