Need immediate action against guy who really hates art in Jakarta

So this guy, Jayakarta, and his JakartaBersih alliance which consists of just him and his alts, has been terrorizing Jakarta by painting over artwork with light blue. He says he's doing it to "free up space for new artwork" but he's also painting over new artwork too.

Recently we made a nice sunset for a tribute to a slained protestor, but even that wasn't spared

He's been at it for months, and no action has been taken despite sending multiple reports. He keeps coming back even after his previous accounts were banned
