Withdrawing from a school after 2nd deposit

Hello,

I submitted my second deposit at Wayne State University last monday, but I very recently had some unexpected life changes happen to where I would prefer to go to my second choice school, Chicago Kent-Law. I can imagine I'd lose my deposit at Wayne, which I'm fine with, but does anyone know if I am somehow legally bound with my second deposit to go to Wayne? I paid my first deposit to Kent mid april and I know my second deposit is not due until June 15th so I know I can pivot to them without begging their admissions yet, but I was just curious to know if I'm stuck with Wayne at this moment due to me paying my second deposit. When I paid my deposit there wasn't any documentation I signed that said it counted as a formal withdrawing from other schools, but I'm unsure if that matters.
