Vape recommendations

I need a vape that is not iced and has a round mouthpiece. For some reason the the way a common flat/wide shaped mouthpiece inhales is hard for me to use, and iced flavours make me feel sick. Even a vape with low or control options for the ice is not for me.

Ive been using the khalifa ripper and nar shisha and they’re great but I go through them pretty quick.
Preferably disposable but my options seem limited, so I’ll take any recommendations.
