14 day test and 21 test

Hi, I had sex with someone about a month ago, she has a mirena iud and i used a condom but the tip may have touched unprotected before. then took a test 14 days after and it was negative and then 21 days after sex. I’m just wondering can I trust those results. I just have a lot of anxiety around it and was just wondering.
