GED exams in nepal to go abroad

Okay so mero parents chai both nepali ho but im an american citizen. Im doing alevels tara i failed AS ani aile regive garirako A2 sangai. Aja exam cha and i know im going to fail. I want to enroll in college in the states by next year ani yo alevels garera kaam chaina cause i keep failing and its going to take wayy too much time. I was wondering if i could do this GED thing which i was just looking into. i wanted some advice to see how it would affect my application and everything.
