OCBC, SRS, EndowUs gaps

My SRS account is with OCBC and I use EndowUs to invest the SRS monies. EndowUs partners with UOB Kay Hian as custodian. In the monthly SRS statement, the line against UOB KH, which should represent the EndowUs balance, doesn't match what I see in EndowUs. It's not a small difference, it's way off by 50%.

I have logged a ticket with OCBC but want to check it anybody has similar experience
