Amul protein buttermilk is so bad!!

So i recently bought their 15g protein buttermilk box. I consumed it for few days and i literally couldn’t shit at all. I initially shrugged it off thinking it might be just some off day for my gut but this continued for few days. I doubted it and stopped consuming it for a week and my gut was back to normal. Gave it a chance later again and the same issue still occurred. The reason why I ordered this was coz it had active culture ( which is supposed to be good for ur gut health).

I had previously ordered their arabica coffee protein shake and it bloated my stomach too. Very disappointed with my Amul experience so far!
