Zoloft Dosage

Originally got put on Zoloft while in the military for a SI Attempt. Started at 100mg and pushed to 200mg pretty quick. Once I was discharged the healthcare ended so I cold turkey’d the meds. Luckily I was pretty go go go after my discharge so I never really had time to think. Fast forward 1+ years later and I’m finally setup with the VA and back on Zoloft at 100mg.

Is 100mg a lot? I originally thought the dose wasn’t that bad but looking on here it seems above average and it’s just heartbreaking to me. I don’t want to die but this med keeps me stable. Though at times I feel I’m losing my mind, I’ll experience things that would grant an emotion yet feel an emptiness or get a headache
