Randomly decided to try the Mortal Shell 2 beta on Steam, and this game is awesome?! Hello?!

I’m sure we all watched Summer Games Fest and saw the trailer for the Mortal Shell 2 beta on Steam. I played the first game and really, really didn’t like it, but I figured I’d try the beta for MS2, cuz eh, why not…it’s a free beta, after all!

And…holy shit, this is spectacular? The beta lasts about 3-4 hours, but I had a blast playing it. I don’t even remember much of Mortal Shell 1, except that it was clunky af and it felt like a chore to play. This sequel is so much tighter and feels a lot more satisfying.

It’s a free beta so y’all can try it for yourselves and make up your own minds, but I’m really surprised at how much I loved it. Excited for the full release.
