Been having this issue for the past day now where I can not enter recovery mode, safe mode, or boot up a usb to complete a clean install of windows without my screen just randomly going black while my computer continues to run. I’ve been trying to trouble shoot all day and it’s starting to get really frustrating and believe I will probably have to get a new motherboard or new hardware.

Diagnosis:
Screen goes black for
: Disk Checking
: Advanced Startup
: Entering recovery mode
: Windows boot up through usb install
: Sometime when restarting after windows update

What I’ve done so far:
CMOS Reset
Reseated Ram and CPU
Repasted CPU
Tried old and different GPUs (problem persists)
Swapped out SSD with laptop SSD (ran fine on boot through my laptop’s micron ssd)
Formatted and partitioned SAMSUNG EVO m.2
Updating Bios
Disabling Secure Boot, and CSM compatibility
One ram stick at a time
Used a different monitor
Tried different USB slots
Tried with no peripherals locked
Ran boot with SSD for testing same result

Mobo: AsRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac
CPU: AMD RYAWN 5 5600X 6 CORE PROCESSOR
RAM : 2x8 GB GKILLS DDR4-2133 (A2 B2)
GPU: AMD RADEON 6600XT

Feels like my PC is cooked which is unfortunate, anything helps was my first and only build and was running fine. Had to leave it in the closet for like a year when I went to college.

Need help to fix annoying crashing loop when trying to boot up through USB to do a clean windows 11 install.
