My genitalia doesn’t feel the same after having a caesarean

Ever since I had a caesarean section months ago, I feel my genitalia feels very different, I get tears a lot even just by wiping after peeing, let alone washing down there.

I fear having penetrative intercourse will make it worse.

Has anyone ever experienced this, and if so what really helped?
