Infant Port Wine Stain - upcoming appointment prep

Hi everyone

My daughter will soon be 6 months and we have our first appointment coming up to see a specialist about her port wine stain.

It’s on her left side, mainly affecting her thigh, half of calf, foot, and then thigh to just below her ribs. It’s more pink and dark pink in colour, some areas darker than others.

We live in my husband’s home country (South Korea) and while I will brought up to speed during and after, I wanted to ask in this group here what are the most important details/questions you would advise should be addressed in the consultation. Considering the language barrier on my part, I just want to be as prepared, informed and aware going into this.

I of course have been doing my own research, but wanted to connect with more real life experiences here.
