Venu 4 screen stopped working?

Not much more to add. The screen is dark and I don't think I did anything to it, just been wearing it as normal and had a pretty quiet Sunday doing laundry at home. I noticed before making dinner that the screen wouldn't come on when it kept vibrating and I had to open my phone and go to the app to see that it was a high hr alert and get it to stop.

Plugging in the watch to charge didn't do anything and neither did forcing a restart by holding the top button down. Is there anything else I can try before looking for my receipt and trying to figure out if it's still under warranty?
