why did the DMK invite the Israeli company to AeroDefCon 2025?

dmk was pro-Palestine, but why did they allow them in AeroDefCon 2025, and why did they let the joint venture have its manufacturing facility in SIPCOT? i know defence is in the union list, but why did he allow them to take place in Tamil Nadu? so is the whole pro-Palestine stance only for vote bank???
