1998 Hx Rear Discs

Hello! I know this has probably been asked multiple times, but i need someone to brake this down for me. I just bought a 1998 Honda Civic HX. I wanted to do a rear disc conversion as well as do stainless brake lines and obviously upgraded brake lines for it to fit the new caliper, with that being said i know when doing the conversion i do need new e brake lines. I was looking to get 2000 Civic Si ebrake cables from rockauto or something. I just dont know the most ideal way of doing this wether its using a bracket to fit the new caliper or something else. Please help me
