Instagram is having a “fake account” ban wave.

Has anybody even noticed that the CSE bana are getting lesser now and people are getting banned for being a “fake account”?
Im seriously disappointed and concerned about this because the people who create even genuine original aged account get/got banned some time ago or if not… MIGHT get banned again soon.
Even if we try to recover our account it would reject the appeal and ban the account no matter how genuine and aged the account is.
My account got banned some time ago for being a fake account by Instagram.
Is there any solution to this?
Is this a ban wave?
Help me please
