It would be so funny if Ben rebranded himself and changed his name from RecklessBen to LawfulBen or PeacefulBen just before he has to go to trial.

That way his lawyer can say, "Your honor, my client is aware of the stigma of his previous alias RecklessBen, and that is why he has changed his name to HonestBen."
