Can we grow 12 plants in 3x3 tent with 320w light using SOG method ?

To reduce veg time I’m thinking to grow 12 plants in 3x3 foot tent using sea of green method. Is it good idea ? Should I top it once ? Or let grow just single main cola per plant ? For how much time to veg ? Or should I grow less plant ? First time grower.

Strains are

1. C99 by female seeds .
2. wedding cake classic line by big head seeds .
3. Trippy gorilla classic line by big head seeds .
4. Do-Si-Punch by Don Avalanche seeds.

Four plants per each strain.
