Protocol Advice

Hello All… looking for some advice. I’m 36 years old, AMH 1.42. I’ve always had regular cycles… 28 days. We were told IVF was our best option due to male fertility factors (low sperm count, motility, morphology). My second retrieval I was SHOCKED to see such a sharp drop off from fertilized to blast.. especially because round 1 our only embryo made it to blast and was a high grade embryo. Could this have had anything to do with my protocol? My partner did a DNA fragmentation test and it came back normal. I understand egg quality could be a factor.. i plan to add omnitrope to my next round.

Egg retrieval #1
Primed with birth control for 10 days
75 menopur, 225 follistim
Day 5 change to 150 menopur, 225 follistim, and add in 225 ganirelix
Trigger was 5000 IU pregnyl and 5 mg lupron with a 450 follistim booster

5 retrieved - 2 mature - 1 fertilized - 1 euploid 4 AA

Egg retrieval # 2
Primed with estrogen and testosterone for 10 days
150 menopur, 225 follistim
Day 5 change to 225 menopur, 225 follistim, and add in 225 ganirelix
Trigger was 10,000 IU pregnyl and 5 mg lupron with a 450 follistim booster

11 retrieved - 8 mature - 7 fertilized - 1 day 7 4BC embryo (still waiting for genetic testing)

Looking for advice as I begin to plan for egg retrieval #3 ❤️‍🩹 this feels like our last shot at this …
