Age 40, going through IVF, advice needed!
I am a 40 years old, with AMH 8.1. I recently went through IVF cycle - 3 eggs collected, all 3 fertilized but only 1 reached Day 5 blastocyst which unfortunately didnt implant.
I am looking for some advice and shared experiences.

I feel my eggs count are very less compared to other ladies who have shared their result. I was prescribed Menopur, Gonal F for stimulation, followed by Orangultran and Ovidrel. If anyone is willing to share, I would like to know if you saw better response with different medication and any reason why I am responding poorly??

I recently started doing some research and see many recommend to change eating habit, staying BPA and Phalets free for atleast 3 months to improve chances of healthy embryos. I am debating whether it makes sense to make all these lifestyle changes for 3 months or start with another IVF cycle immediately. Is it worthwhile to undergo such changes and wait 3 months?

Any tests you recommend to do before I start next cycle? Me and my partner are fairly healthy, dont drink alcohol, dont smoke. The fertility specialits we have been seeing always say that we dont need to do any special tests but I have been seeing posts about people uncovering unlying issues through immune tests, etc. I would like to talk about such test to FS in my next consultation. Please recommend!

I was diagnosed with mild Adenomysis which has been confirmed through MRI. But 3 doctors (1 gyneo, 2 FS) said they dont believe I have Adenomysis and I dont need to worry about that. If someone can share their fertility journey and if they went through any adenomysis treatment, I would highly appreciate it.

Folate vs Folic Acid - i see this debate a lot and I have been taking Elevit for last 1 year per my GP recommendation. But I see a lot of people recommending to take Folate instead. Has anyone seen any difference with one vs the other? Along with Elevit, i currently take Vit D and CoQ10. I would like to know if there are any other supplements to consider.

I understand that given my age there is high chance of embryo with chromosomal abnormality. Since I am producing only 1 embryo (that reaces blastocyct) is it still advisable to do PGT testing on that?
Its a very long thread and I appreciate you all reading this through. There are no right or wrong answers, just looking for more information! Thank you once again!
