ShowLED Chameleon control from magic q

Hello Im on a gig and would like to control the ShowLED Chameleon LED curtains via DMX in 24 channel mode from Chamsys Magic Q with a magic 20 wing. I confirmed the starting address and mode but the 24 channel profile doesnt seem to do anything at all. Has anyone had issues or solutions regarding these? I tried searching this subreddit but nothing came up..
