Promotion in old camp

Hello, i maybe broke the game :D or got stuck with my decisions... description with spoilers ahead

I joined old camp, as shadow worked for Loons and got to shafts of old mine to kill Queen of minecrawlers...

Asghan at gate to the Queen told me that gomez has to know about it, drake on top of mine talked to me and said that he will sent word to thorus...

Now i should get promotion to guard/mage in old camp iirc from original G1... But when i go back to old camp, thorus dont want to talk with me ("not now", "go away" etc)... Raven sends me back to Loons to help them, and no one else wants to talk with me (and after that talk with raven, it looks like old mine already flooded and everyone is pissed)...

So, should i continue as shadow and clear orc graveyard, or load older save a do something differently before killing Queen?
