Best minoxidil for men ? Is minoxidil safe ?

i’ve been dealing with hair loss and receding hairline for quite a while now, but over the last 3-4 months it has become worse. I’m thinking about starting a 5% minoxidil + 0.1% finasteride. Is it safe? Does minoxidil cause any side effects? How much time does it take to show results?
