Pricing help for 6332 sqft home

Ok so I clean for lady who was a 6,332sqft home 5 beds 6 baths. She normally has guests for 2 to 7 days. But there is a family of 5 (plus a new baby) that will be staying for an entire month. I also get the trash because she doesn't have trash service and I usually do her hot tub. I already charge her way below market value because she is just so cheap and I just keep going. $285 for the clean $95 for the hot tub and trash I do $20 to $40. She just informed me of these stay, and that when they check out just 48hours After that another group checks in. Please help with help me get an idea of what to charge
