Cafelffe mk101 gooseneck kettle

Hi!

Anyone here using cafelffe mk101 na kettle? Can't figure out how this kettle works. Per manual, have to reach 100°c, cool down,, press keep warm button to maintain desired temp pero ayaw padin. Are you having the same issue?
