I'll do it myself

Build Help

6 months ago my PC started having random boot loops, it would shut down completely and restart itself repeatedly until I cut the power. My tech guy diagnosed it as faulty RAM and Motherboard and replaced both. Problem went away temporarily.

Now 6 months later the EXACT same boot loop is back. When I told this to the tech guy he was just ignoring me I don't know why, I guess he just fixed it temperley for making more mony out of me, But I decided to fix it my self and it worked, CPU is good but the moniter goes on/off every 10-15 sec but I thought I fixed it too by deleting the nvidia drivers and it worked but... whenever I reinstall the nvidia drivers it starts going on/ off again. Claude said this is the PSU problem, the PSU can't handle the power of drivers...

My Specs:

- CPU: Intel i5 13th Gen

- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 8GB

- RAM: 16GB

- PSU: Cooler Master MWE 550W

- Motherboard: MSI

- Case: Antec RGB

(My system is 2.5 years old)

Is what claude saying is true that I should Upgrade my PSU? I'm asking here because I can't trust what an ai says... and if I should Upgrade it, which PSU is best?

Any help is appreciated!
