My instagram got banned and restored 7 months ago and is still linked to my banned facebook

I got legit trauma from that. Hundreds of memories in that account. Now im scared even opening Instagram settings in fear i might trigger a ban or something because even tho i have a completely different facebook now, Instagram is connected to that old Facebook account that got banned. How do i unlink it and is it safe? I asked AI and said since its been seven months im safe but i want to remove the link to the old facebook account or should i let it be? Its working fine but im getting a new phone and for some reason if i login im scared i might trigger bans or something.
