What would you call this role??

Hi,

I'm trying to understand how to classify a job offer I received, please help me.

The role is focused on web performance and accessibility, not frontend development.

Main tasks:

Analyzing Core Web Vitals. Using Chrome DevTools (maybe other tool)

Investigating performance issues on ecommerce pages.

Working with designers/devs to identify issues (e.g. animations, layout shifts). Writing reports and recommendations.

Opening Jira tickets for dev teams to implement fixes.

Tracking improvements after releases.

No actual implementation or production coding is involved. !!!

How would you classify this role in the industry? Web Performance, seo Specialist, UX/Performance Consultant, or something else?

Also, does it make sense to take a role like this early in a frontend career if it gives exposure to performance and accessibility, or is it risky in terms of future employability as a frontend developer?

I'm trying to understand if this path strengthens a frontend profile or moves it away from development too early. !!!!

Thanks!
