I’m sad to live in a world where Scary Movie 6 does better numbers than Masters Of The Universe.

MOTU is brilliant! Best family blockbuster of the year. Scary Movie 6 was not the worst but it wasn’t great. It certainly wasn’t as good as previous installments. MOTU is the first time they made a movie that improved the source material. I don’t see who wouldn’t like this movie, even if you don’t know the source material.
Yet here we are. With Scary Movie 6 doing double its numbers. This is why we get rehashed garbage in the cinema. I see a lot of movies by the way, even the garbage ones. Because I don’t trust critics. I’m not sure of the critics takes on MOTU? I’m not a critic either but I can tell you it’s the funnest ride I’ve had in the theatre in a long time. Maybe since Infinity War and End Game. The writers of MOTU actually improved the source material and that’s the first time I’ve ever seen that.

What I’m trying to say is this. If you’re looking to actually be entertained and have a fun night, go see it. It deserves more than what it’s getting.
