Tech support keeps hanging up

idk where elses to go this is my last hope ive been trying to acess my acount for the past month i have until august to finish my highschool enrollment it wont let me login at all i have a ten digit id number and when i try to reset a username it tells me it requires an 8 digit then ontop of that sometimes it will say i need to reset something and wont send the gmail ive contacted the support team countless of times and wont get a reply im on hold for 30 minutes just to get hung up on i dont know what to do i really need to graduate please help me.
