Tickets visible on marketplace, not shown on seatsidekick

I have a weird situation.
4 tickets for M79 listed on marketplace. Visible on the map. When I go to my tickets, there is a line under each ticket that says “mobile ticket assignee: not yet assigned.” I don’t have that message under my other 2 tickets on the marketplace or under the 12 I will use.

Seatsidekick: For Cat 1, 4 tickets, they are the 3rd or 4th cheapest, so should be listed. I check multiple times daily. Other tickets right below and right above the price are there, but mine are not. Well, sometimes (very rarely) they are. They are in the weird RN sections—maybe that’s why?
