suspected of crohns

Hi im 18m, and i have been struggling with lots of gastrointestinal problems for a year and my doctor suggests its either extreme ibs or ibd. I had 2 colonoscopys , 2 endoscopys , 1 mri , 1 ct and lots of blood tests. My second colonoscopy was 5 days ago and the results are in. it says that i have edemas in my bowel tissue and gastritis in my stomach. my fecal calprotectin was 200. the last time i went my mri showed narrowing in my ileum. Im going to the doctor to learn what the colonoscopy results mean tomorrow. How likely am i to get diagnosed with crohns? Im verry scared of it after looking around here
