Are there any other colleges in manila that is still open for admissions?

Hello incoming freshman here applying for BA psych but im honestly contemplating about choosing a different university bc of all the things I hear about mapua being difficult but I cant really find any other universities that are still open for admissions and I would really appreciate some recommendations! Preferably universities that are lenient with piercings n such tho
