considering getting into the game

Hi guys, as title says i was considering getting into reverse 1999 since i do like turn based games, and i like the CZN gameplay - the oversexualised characters (which the art style of this game is amazing).

wanted to know a couple of things before i finalize my decision:

1)Is the game low spender friendly? or is a pure whale's game?

2)is the game decent when is about auto battle? i do have most of the day a busy schedule, so the idea of having a game in the back ground farmin/doing the dailies doesn't bother me and eventually getting to play when i have the time

3. I'm considering getting an account, any units that at the moment are a must have? any advice on a couple of units which are versitile or game breaking?

4. are the resouces frequently given to the players or is a bit stingy the game?
