FOIA shows I-485 Approved. But USCIS FO cannot see that

I received FOIA response for my I-485 on 26th May. The response shows that the case is approved on March 6th. Resident since 05/22/2026.
Card expires: -5/22/2036
But online status did not show this up.

I visited Baltimore USCIS FO today with Emergency AP request. I showed them this response and they said they are helpless as their system still shows pending.

I logged in to USCIS account and showed them the response document there. But same answer from the officers. Not at all helpful visit. They even did not try to fix the issue. Just told that they are helpless.

one of our other friends faced the same issue and their FO fixed the issue on the spot.

Feeling very depressed and disappointed with my FO response.

They just acted like Emma... dont know where the crack is and where my case slipped.

How does same system shows two different results.

Did anyone face same situation? Any guidance pls?
