2A-2C Straight Natural Split Ends Help

Hi everyone! What's the best product/brands to help fix my damaged hair? I've been using Joico shampoo/conditioner and Olaplex bonding oil only because that's what's been available and I've noticed my hair is more damaged.....I usually live in the Los Angeles but am going to be in the UK for the next few months if that helps.

I plan on getting braids in a few weeks to give my hair a heat break, but otherwise I only wash my hair every 3ish days and straighten my hair 2-3 times per week (unless I work out a lot that week and need to wash more)
