Harmony Chinese restaurant

Does anyone know if the Harmony restaurant on Hunt Club is the same as the Harmony that was on Gladstone a few years ago?

I tried calling them, but I couldn't quite parse the guy's accent, and unfortunately I don't speak any Mandarin.
